To apply for visa to Russian Consulate you need an official invitation letter. Procedure for letter preparation typically takes about two months (because the invitation is prepared in federal migration service placed in another city); the following information about you and accompany persons are needed: form.

Registration fee will cover transportation to and from the conference place, conference banquet, tour on a boat, visiting aquapark and excursion on Saratov – one of the major cultural, economic and educational centers of the Volga region (links to www-pages).

Regular conference fee is 250 Euro; for russian participants, students and PhD students from Russian Universities - 3000 Rub. Fee should be paid in cash during the conference.
