We investigate the influence of membrane state on effectivity of bacteriorhodopsin work. We mean the rhodopsin included into bilayer lipid membrane (BLM) structure. It is known that vasco-elastic properties of membrane greatly influence on proton transport via bacteriorhodopsin . The preliminary investigation showed appearance of chaotic state in lipid phase under certain conditions such as electric and magnetic fields, ion strength of solvents, adsorption on membrane etc. This chaotic state is characterized by another vasco-elastic properties [1]. So it is possible to investigate the membrane chaotic properties on proton pump working. We use the lattice investigation [2,3] for membranes, vasco-elastic properties and chaotic states.
